ACADEMIC SECTION

Scheme of Undergraduate Training Programme

1. Regularity of the break-up of course in reference to respective Semester system is to be maintained

2. Periodical Internal Assessment will be held only as per the time specified in the table enclosed.

3. Schedule for all the Periodical Internal Assessment is to be prepared following the meeting of the concerned Heads of the Departments with Principal and notification of the Examination schedule will be issued from the office of the Principal.

4. Periodicity of Continuous Internal Assessment will be as per the decision of concerned discipline. Time of these assessments will be the usual class hours of concerned department and regular class schedule of other department should not be disrupted.

5. Evaluation of the Theoretical papers must be completed immediately following the examinations and before commencement of Practical/Clinical examination.

6. Results of all the Internal Assessment except that of the Last Terminal must be published just after the Practical/Clinical examination is over

7. Permanent registers are to be maintained to record the marks of all the Continuous and Periodical Internal Assessment (both theory as well as Practical/clinical)

8. During final tabulation of Internal Assessment, marks to be sent through the office of the Principal to the University, 50% is to be calculated from marks obtained in Continuous Assessment and 50% from that of Periodical Assessment.

9. After the meeting for preparation of sent-up list for the candidates appearing the University Professional examination is over, Head of the department must send the copy of final tabulation of Internal Assessment to the Confidential Cell of academic Section of the office of the Principal.
